By accessing or using the services provided by Patdisco Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to myparkingfines.co.uk, Splain, and AD-Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating accounts or submitting data.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Specific Product Terms

A. My Parking Fines

Our service interfaces with UK local authorities to facilitate parking fine appeals and payments.

• Ticket Freezing: "Freezing" a ticket allows you to defer immediate payment. This is subject to the terms of our finance partners and the issuing authority's deadlines.
• Appeals: We provide tools to assist in appeals, but we do not guarantee the success of any appeal. Final decisions rest solely with the issuing authority.
• Payments: Financing options (e.g., Pay in 3, Pay in 30) are provided by third-party processors (Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay) and are subject to their credit checks and terms.

B. AD-Pack & Splain

Splain is a learning tool; results are based on AI synthesis and should be verified for critical applications. AD-Pack services are subject to specific deployment and media hire agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology provided through our services are the property of Patdisco Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patdisco Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
